I hated running, I was slow had a limp and was considering giving up the sport I loved due to being in agony from an unknown injury to my knee. Thanks to Mike he worked with me one on one to build muscle, improve flexibility and running technique. It took a lot of work and overcoming many… many challenges but with Mike’s patience and experience I am now one of the top runners on my team and competing in road running races for fun!
